Recognising the local realities with civil society organisations the Peace Centre has introduced governing procedures designed to secure Good Governance, Absolute Transparency, and Sustainability. In this respect, it has adopted two levels of governing bodies: The Philosophy and Strategy Board (which is not elected but only ratified by the Members General Assembly) and the Executive Board.

The Philosophy and Strategy Board is practically the body entrusted with the development of the philosophy and strategy of the Centre. It is also the body responsible to supervise the practice of Good Governance at the affairs of the Centre. Its members are notable personalities from the Academic, the Professional and the Political local community:

The Executive Board carries all the traditional executive powers and responsibilities of the day-to-day running of the Centre.
